The Call Interval Report provides call data by 15-minute intervals in the Central Time Zone. It includes data regarding call volumes and call timeframes.
How to Access:
- Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
- In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Phone Reporting".
- Select Call Interval Report.
- Select Run Report.
- Select required fields.
- Select View Report.
