Administration

The Administration function is only available to administrative users of Springboard. To access, click on the Administration link on the Springboard header to view the menu options: Springboard, First Data, Web Terminal, Reporting, Secure Exchange, and Line Management. 

The Springboard option allows admins to:

• Create and/or manage a role
• Manage user access to Springboard screens
• Manage password security
• Research transactions done on Springboard

The First Data option allows admins to:

• Customize System/Prin/Agent (SPA) names
• Manage account creation access to SPAs
• Manage EMV Chip limits
• Manage Closing Reason Codes
• Manage Configurable Codes

The Web Terminal option allows admins to:

• Access Terminal Emulator - Web users
• Maintain LU assignments

The Reporting option allows admins to:

• Create and/or manage a role
• Manage user access to reports

The Secure Exchange option allows admins to:

• Manage Secure Exchange receiving groups
• Unlock users
