Unlock Users

This will show a list of users currently locked out of Secure Exchange.

Users will be locked from Secure Exchange when content in a message contains information that is not to be sent to a recipient, such as account numbers. If a user is locked from the Secure Exchange, their information will be displayed on the Unlock Users screen. Locked users will only be locked from Secure Exchange. They will still have their access to Springboard.

Note: Administration users cannot unlock themselves.

 

 

  1. Press  to unlock the user.

 

 

      2. Click Yes, I’m sure.
