Unlock Users

The Unlock Users screen shows a list of users currently locked out of Secure Exchange.

Users will be locked from Secure Exchange when content in a message contains information that is not to be sent to a recipient, such as account numbers. If a user is locked from the Secure Exchange, their information is displayed on the Unlock Users screen. Locked users are only locked from Secure Exchange and still have access to Springboard.

Note: Administrators cannot unlock themselves.

 

 

  1. Select the Trash icon  to unlock the user.

 

 

      2. Select Yes, I’m sure.
