Call Detail Report / Call Detail Legacy Report

This report allows the user to view the most recent full month call detail by date, time, and call type for cardholders that have successfully entered their account number into the IVR.

Platform

  • Credit on Credit
  • Credit on Debit
  • Debit on Debit

Frequency: Monthly Report
 

Note: Reports dated prior to October 12, 2018 will be renamed under "Call Detail Legacy Report." To generate new reports after this date, use the "Call Detail Report."

 

How to Access:

  1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
  2. In the Filter by Report Type field, type in "Call Detail Report."
  3. Select Call Detail Report
  4. Click on Run Report.
  5. Select required fields:
  • Begin date
  • End date
  • Begin hour
  • End hour
  • Call type
  1. Click on View Report.

 

 

Note: Call Code Description – Wrap Code selected by the agent. This would only appear for calls that opted out to speak to an agent. Self-Served calls would be blank.
