This report allows the user to view the most recent full month call detail by date, time, and call type for cardholders that have successfully entered their account number into the IVR.

Note: Reports dated prior to October 12, 2018 will be renamed under "Call Detail Legacy Report." To generate new reports after this date, use the "Call Detail Report."
How to Access:
- Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
- In the Filter by Report Type field, type "Call Detail Report".
- Select Call Detail Report.
- Select Run Report.
- Select required fields:
- Begin Date
- End Date
- Begin Hour
- End Hour
- Call Type
- Select View Report.

Note: The Call Code Description "Wrap Code selected by the agent" appears only for calls where the caller opted not to speak to an agent. Self-serviced calls appear blank.
