Dynamic Reports

Call Summary Report / Call Summary Legacy Report

This report will show at a monthly view over the course of a year:

  • Total call duration
  • Call duration in minutes
  • Call volume per hour
  • Call volume per day of week

Platform:

  • Credit on Credit
  • Credit on Debit
  • Debit on Debit

Frequency: Monthly Report

Note: Reports dated prior to October 12, 2018 will be renamed under "Call Summary Legacy Report." To generate new reports after this date, use the "Call Summary Report."

 

How to Access:

  1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
  2. In the Filter by Report Type field, type "Call Summary Report".
  3. Select Call Summary Report.
  4. Select Run Report.
  5. Select required fields:
     
    • Select date
    • Range
       
  6. Select View Report.
