Closed Reason Report

Use this report to view cardholders who have requested to close their account and the reason for closure.

Platform: 

• Credit on Credit
• Debit on Debit
• Credit on Debit
   

How to Access:

1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type in "Springboard Reporting."
3. Select Closed Reason Report.
4. Click on Run Report.
5. Select required field:

• SPA
• Report start date
• Report end date
• Closing reason

6. Select optional field:

• Month range

7. Click on View Report.
