Closed Reason Report
Use this report to view cardholders who have requested to close their account and the reason for closure.
Note: Feature must be enabled in Springboard for data to be captured.
Platform:
- Credit on Credit
- Debit on Debit
- Credit on Debit
How to Access:
- Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
- In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Springboard Reporting".
- Select Closed Reason Report.
- Select Run Report.
- Select required field:
- SPA
- Report Start Date
- Report End Date
- Closing Reason
- Select optional field:
- Month Range
- Select View Report.
