CO-OP Connect Transaction Report

The CO-OP Connect Transaction Report replaces the Institution Agent Report in Infolink. This report displays accounts accessed by the Contact Center through the CO-OP Connect switch IT is used primarily for researching or identifying member calling trends. It can be used to look up the member name or account number to determine which agent worked with the member.

 

How to Access:

  1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
  2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type in "Phone Reporting."
  3. Select CO-OP Connect Transaction Report.
  4. Click on Run Report.
  5. Select required fields.
  6. Click on View Report.
