Enhanced Card Strategy Report
HIGHLIGHTS
Important: The Co-op Dashboard will sunset by August 1, 2026. We will provide more information on its replacement and will guide you so there is a smooth and transparent transition. If you have any questions, please contact Client Care at clientcare@coop.org or your Service Executive.
This monthly report has a summary section that lists the following by ALP card strategy ID:
- Number of Accounts
- Closing Balance
- Number of Payments
- Net Payment Amount
There is a second section to the report that displays each account number that has a value in one of the Misc Field 1-10. This section displays the following:
- Account Number
- ALP Strategy
- Account’s Balance
- External Status
- Primary cardholder’s name
- The values in misc fields 1-10
Platform: Credit on Credit
Frequency: Monthly Report
How to Access:
- Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
- In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Management Reporting".
- Select Enhanced Card Strategy Report.
- Select Run Report.
- Select required fields:
- Extract Date
- Field Value
- Card Category
- Select from optional fields:
- Misc field
- Select View Report.
