Inactive User with Recent Activity Report

This daily report is used to view cardholders who have been inactive for a number of months and recently had monetary activity.

Platform: Credit on Credit

Frequency: Daily Report
 

How to Access:

1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Operational Reporting".
3. Select Inactive User with Recent Activity Report.
4. Select Run Report.
5. Select required fields:

• From Date
• To Date
• Number of Months Inactive

      6. Select View Report.
