Loss Prevention Report

This daily report is used to search for accounts that may be a potential liability to the financial institution based on criteria such as delinquency, a high percentage of cash advance debt, or percentage of credit line used.

Platform: Credit on Credit

Frequency: Daily Report

 

How to Access:

  1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
  2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Operational Reporting".
  3. Select Loss Prevention Report.
  4. Select Run Report.
  5. Select required fields:
  • Date
  • External Status
  • Card Type
  • Risk Level
  • Internal Status
  1. Select the optional fields:
  • Credit Line
  • Cash Advances
  • Minimum Balance Percent of Credit Line
  • Maximum Balance Percent of Credit Line
  • Number of Times Once Cycle Delinquent
  1. Select View Report.

 

 

Risk Level Criteria:

  • Cash Advances >0
  • Entered Balance % of Credit Line
  • Days Delinquent >0
  • High = 3 of 3, Medium = 2 of 3, Low = 1 of 3.

 

Field Descriptions:

Cash Advances: Represents the number of cash advances transactions for the 90-day period prior to the entered date.

Delinquent Days value: FDR calculates delinquency based on the statement date and not the actual due date. To be more in alignment with credit bureau reporting, this is calculated as follows:

  • FDR delinquent days minus 30 days.
