Lost - Stolen Card Report

This is a daily report that displays the cards that have been statused lost or stolen for the financial institution during a given time period. The SQ data section displays accounts where a lost/stolen report is taken. The HQ data section displays accounts that have had a “hot call” taken. These accounts indicate that a merchant has received a “call in to verify” message. The hot call details can be found on Springboard under Maintenance > Risk > Hot Calls.

Frequency: Daily Report

 

How to Access:

  1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
  2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type in "Operational Reporting."
  3. Select Lost - Stolen Card Report.
  4. Click on Run Report.
  5. Select required fields:
  • Start date
  • End date
  1. Click on View Report.
