Open Dispute Detail Summary Report

This is a daily report that displays the dispute tickets that have been opened for the financial institution. This report is available if we work your dispute cases.

Platform: 

• Credit on Credit
• Debit on Debit
• Credit on Debit

Frequency: Daily Report

How to Access:

1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Fraud/Dispute Reporting".
3. Select Open Dispute Detail Summary Report.
4. Select Run Report.
5. Select the required fields:

• Account Number
• Sort By
• Order By

6. Select View Report.
