Open Services Activity Report

This is a daily report that displays event activity that has occurred through Open Services.

Platform: 

• Credit on Credit
• Debit on Debit
• Credit on Debit

Frequency: Daily Report

How to Access:

1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type in "Open Services Activity Report."
3. Select Open Services Activity Report.
4. Click Run Report.
5. Select the required fields:

• SPA
• Account number
• Start date
• End date
• Event type
• Event type description
• Event detail displayed
• User

6. Click on View Report.
