Rewards Summary Report
This is a monthly report that allows the user to view points earned, redeemed, expired, and forfeited by program and SPA.
Note: Point totals equal the total points as of the last day of the current month minus total points from the last day of the previous month.
Platform:
- Credit on Credit
- Credit on Debit
- Debit on Debit
Frequency: Monthly Report
How to Access:
- Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
- In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Rewards Reporting".
- Select Rewards Summary Report.
- Select Run Report.
- Select required fields:
- SPA
- Month - Year
- Select View Report.
