Springboard Activity Report
This is a daily report to view all accounts that were accessed and maintenance performed by user ID in Springboard.
Note: This report has some parameter limitations due to the amount of data available.
Platform:
- Credit on Credit
- Debit on Debit
- Credit on Debit
Frequency: Daily Report
How to Access:
- Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
- In the Filter by Report Category field, type in "Springboard Reporting."
- Select Springboard Activity Report.
- Click on Run Report.
- Select required fields:
- Start date
- End date
- Log type description
- User
- Message displayed
- Click on View Report.
