This report shows Springboard password reset and unlock information.

Platform:

  • Credit on Credit
  • Credit on Debit
  • Debit on Debit

Frequency: Daily Report

 

How to Access:

  1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
  2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Springboard Reporting".
  3. Select Springboard Admin Activity Report.
  4. Select Run Report.
  5. Select required fields:
     
    • Begin Date
    • End Date
    • Role Name
       
  6. Select View Report.
