Compromised Accounts Report

The Springboard Compromised Accounts Report allows you to view the list of accounts that were included in the compromised notification from MasterCard or Visa. This report will contain two sections: the top section will include all accounts on the alert while the bottom section includes the accounts that have already been flagged for fraud.

• Debit on Debit
• Credit on Debit

How to Access:

1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type in "Fraud/Dispute Reporting."
3. Select Springboard Compromised Accounts Report.
4. Click on Run Report.
5. Select required field:

• Notified date

6. Select optional field:

• Alert ID

7. Click on View Report.
