Compromised Accounts Report

The Compromised Accounts Report allows you to view the list of accounts that were included in the compromised notification from Mastercard or Visa. This report will contain two sections: the top section will include all accounts on the alert, while the bottom section includes the accounts that have already been flagged for fraud.

Platform:

Credit on Credit
Debit on Debit
Credit on Debit

How to Access:

Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Fraud/Dispute Reporting".
Select Compromised Accounts Report.
Select Run Report.
Select required field:

Notified Date

Select optional field:

Alert ID

Select View Report.

Note: If a card is listed in the Card Status section, it is not necessarily related to the compromised alert. This section merely indicates cards that have already been marked for fraud.
