Strategy Performance Report

The Strategy Performance Report is a daily report that will allow the financial institution to view a summary of cases for the month worked within the Falcon Work Center.

Platform

  • Credit on Credit
  • Debit on Debit
  • Credit on Debit

Frequency: Daily Report

 

How to Access:

  1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
  2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type in "Fraud/Dispute Reporting."
  3. Select Strategy Performance Report.
  4. Click on Run Report.
  5. Select required field:
  • Reporting month
  1. Click on View Report.

 

 

Field Descriptions:

Date: Date of record.

Number of Accounts Worked: Number of accounts worked for the day.

Number of Accounts Auto Blocked: Number of accounts with an action by the Virtual Analyst.

Fraud: Number of accounts that had a lost/stolen report completed and worked by the Fraud Detection Department.

Risk Amount: Amount of available credit on the accounts that were statused fraud.

Note: Debit cards may not show accurate available credit.

 

Amount Saved: Amount of the declined transactions.

Billable Records: Number of unique accounts that are billable for the date.
