Two Way Connect Activity Report

The Two Way Connect Activity Report includes details of alerts sent to cardholders using Enhanced Omaha Fraud Alerts and the responses received from cardholders.

Platform:

  • Credit on Credit
  • Credit on Debit
  • Debit on Debit
Note: This report is not available to STAR-processing clients.

 

Frequency: Daily Report

 

How to Access:

  1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
  2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Fraud/Dispute Reporting".
  3. Select Two Way Connect Activity Report​.
  4. Select Run Report.
  5. Select required fields:
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Account Number
  1. Select View Report.
