Wrap Code Summary Report

The Wrap Code Summary Report provides data on call type, also referred to as a "wrap code." Data on the report includes the call count as well as the average handle time. This report replaces the Call Tracking Report previously available on InfoLink. 

How to Access:

  1. Select Search All Your Dynamic Reports.
  2. In the Filter by Report Category field, type "Phone Reporting."
  3. Select Wrap Code Summary Report.
  4. Click on Run Report.
  5. Select required fields:
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Wrap code
  • Queue name

     6. Click on View Report.
