Convenience Checks

The Convenience Checks option will allow you to:

  • View Convenience Check Rejects
  • View Convenience Check Items

To access the company screens, hover over the Manage menu and click on the Convenience Checks link.
 

 

Note: If the convenience check posts as merchandise, you will not see the reject reason displayed, you will only see "None" listed. To see why the convenience check was rejected, access the account in Springboard and look at Current Activity.
