Convenience Checks

The Convenience Checks screen allows you to:

  • View Convenience Check Rejects.
  • View Convenience Check Items.

To access the company screens, hover over the Manage menu and select Convenience Checks.
 

 

Note: If the convenience check posts as merchandise, the reject reason is not displayed; only "None" is listed. To see why the convenience check was rejected, access the account in Springboard and look at Current Activity.
