For non-MyCardInfo clients this feature allows for missing cardholder email addresses to be added in Springboard so that cardholders can receive notification that their eStatement is available for viewing.
If an email is not found for a cardholder, a notification email will automatically be sent to the FI with instructions to check Springboard to update the missing email addresses. After the update has been made there could be a 1-2 hour delay before the cardholder will receive notification of their eStatement being available for viewing.

Out process for delivering eStatements online is available to your cardholders. CO-OP was not able to successfully deliver some eStatement alerts due to missing cardholder email addresses. Please update email addresses in Springboard so that we can successfully deliver eStatements. CO-OP will be unable to deliver eStatement alerts until the correct email address has been updated in the syste,.

The Financial Institution landing page will display all accounts that have missing email addresses.
Once the email address has been added the cardholder name will disappear from this screen as they now have an email address added for eStatement notification.
A memo will automatically be added to the account in Springboard letting the user know that the email address has been updated.
You will see the email address updated on the account on the Cardholder Detail section on the Account Info page and the Update Cardholder Section under the Maintenance tab.
