Cancelling a Balance Consolidation Transaction

If you have not yet selected Confirm the second time, you can cancel a transaction by switching screens. If Confirm has been selected twice, the following steps must be followed to cancel.

To Cancel a Balance Consolidation Transaction:

  1. Email your cancellation request to operationsdm@coop.org.
  2. The email request must be received by 4:30 pm CST the same day the balance consolidation was requested. 
  3. The email subject line should state “Remove from Transmission”.
  4. Include in the email:
    • Cardholder full name
    • Last four digits of the credit card number
    • Dollar amount of the transaction to be removed
    • Lending institution name

You will recieve a confirmation email when your request has been processed.

Note: This process is for a paper check or ACH as long as it is before 4:30 pm CST.
