Cancelling a Balance Consolidation Transaction
If you have not yet selected Confirm the second time, you can cancel a transaction by switching screens. If Confirm has been selected twice, the following steps must be followed to cancel.
To Cancel a Balance Consolidation Transaction:
- Email your cancellation request to operationsdm@coop.org.
- The email request must be received by 4:30 pm CST the same day the balance consolidation was requested.
- The email subject line should state “Remove from Transmission”.
- Include in the email:
- Cardholder full name
- Last four digits of the credit card number
- Dollar amount of the transaction to be removed
- Lending institution name
You will recieve a confirmation email when your request has been processed.
