Payment Accounts

The Payment Accounts function allows you to edit the account number and routing transit number used for previous payments.

Reasons to use this screen:

• Cardholder mis-keyed payment account information on MyCardInfo.
• Financial institution receives Notice of Change form. 

To update a payment account, under the Payments menu select Payment Accounts.

To Edit Payment Account:

1. Select Options.
   
   
    
2.  Select Edit.
   
   
    

3. Make the necessary update(s) to the Account Number, Routing Transit number, and Account Type.

4. Select Update.
