Address Maintenance

Address Maintenance allows you to view any temporary addresses on the account, update Bulk Indicators, and add mail codes. Addresses currently in effect and addresses with future effective dates will show.

 

Note: Contact CO-OP to set up the Bulk Address option prior to use. Under the Maintenance menu, click on the "Address Maintenance" link.

Non-US addressing functionality is only available to clients who utilize universal addressing.

 

 

To Establish a Mail Code on An Account:

  1. Select a code from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click on the Update.

 

Note: Mail codes will not automatically fall off an account. They must be removed manually.
