Configurable Codes

Configurable codes reduce the available options a Springboard user can select within a code list. Non-relevant codes are hidden from view to prevent selection. A configurable code list can be created for specific SPAs.

Lists that can be configured:

• Rush Codes
• Auto Pay

Add or Update Configurable Codes

1. Click Add New Override SPA List for new override list,
   
   For existing overrides, select Options > Edit Configuration to update a specific SPA.

       2. With a new override list, enter the affected SPA in the SPA override fields. For existing overrides, these fields contain the specific SPA selected.

       3. Select each override code that is to appear on Springboard screens using that code list.

       4. Select Create.

System Level and Prin Level Override

To override at the system level, input the system number, and add an asterisk in the prin and agent fields.

To override at the prin level, input the system and prin, and add an asterisk in the agent field.

For existing overrides, select Options > Edit Configuration to update a specific SPA.

Delete Configuration

Select Options > Delete Configuration to remove a specific configurable code list and reset to default codes.
