Create a Reports Role

To Create a Report Role with All Reports Assigned:

  1. Click on Create Report Role.
     


 

  1. Enter the name for the report role.
  2. Check the box next to All Reports to assign all reports to this role.
  3. Click Save.
Note: Any users assigned to this role will automatically receive all standard First Data and CO-OP reports as well as all Dynamic reports the financial institution receives. If new reports are added for the financial institution, they will automatically get added to the role and the users assigned to it.

 

To Create a Report Role with Select Reports Assigned:

  1. Click on Create a Report Role.

 

 

  1. Enter the name for the report role.
  2. Click Save.
Note: No reports are assigned to this role at this point.
