Create a Report Role

To Create a Report Role with All Reports Assigned:

  1. Select Create Report Role.

 

 

  1. Enter the name for the report role.
  2. Select All Reports to assign all reports to this role.
  3. Select Save.
Note: Any users assigned to this role automatically receive all standard Optis and Velera reports as well as all Dynamic reports the financial institution receives. If new reports are added for the financial institution, access is automatically granted to the role and all users assigned to it.

 

To Create a Report Role with Select Reports Assigned:

  1. Select Create a Report Role.

 

 

  1. Enter the name for the report role.
  2. Select Save.
Note: No reports are assigned to this role at this point.
