Script History
Script History Field Descriptions:
Seq #: Number identifying each chip card that is issued. The number is incremental for each reissue of the chip card.
Type: Identifies the type of script being sent.

| PIN Change | Go online for next available transaction |
| PIN Unlock | Update the PIN try count value |
| LCOTA | Do not update the offline count values |
| UCOTA | Set the maximum offline count values |
Status: Status of the script.

| Accepted | Script has been accepted and data updated on the card |
| Cancelled | Script has been cancelled |
| Pending | Script has been generated but has not been accepted by the card |
| Sent | Script has been sent to the card during an authorization |
Create Date: Date and time the pending script was generated by the user.
Operator: Operator id of the user that generated the script.
Script Count: Count of the number of times the script has been sent to the card.
Note: If a script is not accepted by the card, it is resent until it is accepted.
App Tran Count: Application Transaction Counter value for the chip card at the time the script was generated or accepted by the card.
Accept Date: Date and time the script was accepted by the card.
Sent Date: Date and time the script was sent to the card.
Old Value: Old value on the card that is being changed by the script.
New Value: New value on the card that is being applied by the script.
Cancel a Pending Script
To cancel a pending script:
- Select the cardholder you would like to update from the drop-down menu.
- Click Cancel next to the pending script.
