The User Information screen provides the ability to do the following:
- Lock or Unlock cardholder’s access to MyCardInfo
- Block a cardholder’s access to MyCardInfo
- Delete a cardholder’s MyCardInfo account
- Reset cardholder’s MyCardInfo password
- Reset cardholder’s MyCardInfo security code
- View cardholder’s fraud score
To access this screen, under MyCardInfo click on the User Information link.
Note: Separate Entity clients are able to view all PIs associated with the account from this screen.
To Lock/Unlock a User:
The Lock/Unlock User option allows the FI to lock or unlock a user’s account. A Locked user will be locked out of their MCI account for 60 minutes.
- On the MyCardInfo Cardholder Information screen, select Unlock from the User Lock drop-down list.
Note: The Account Unlock option will unlock all MyCardInfo users associated with the account.
- Click on Unlock.
To Block a User:
- On the MyCardInfo Cardholder Information screen, select Block from the User Lock drop-down list.
Note: The Account Block option will block all MyCardInfo users associated with the account.
- Click on Block.
To Delete a User:
- Select the delete icon on the MyCardInfo Cardholder Information screen.
- Click Confirm to continue.
To Reset Password:
- Click the Reset Password link from the Users box.
- Enter a new password.
- Confirm the password.
- Click Continue.
To Reset Security Code:
- Click the Reset Security Code link from the Users box.
- Enter a new security code.
Note: The Security Code is a minimum of four characters.
- Confirm the security code.
- Click Continue.
Note: Temporary Passwords and Security Codes are valid for 180 days.
To View User's Fraud Score Detail:
Select Detail to expand the view of the user’s fraud score if the field is populated.
To Link Accounts in MyCardInfo:
- To add another account under a MyCardInfo user, select the user from the “Account to User” drop-down list. Then, add the account number in the box “Another Account” and click Submit.
- The following confirmation screen appears. Select Confirm if details are correct.
- To unlink an account from a MyCardInfo user, select Remove Link next to the account number you wish to unlink. The following confirmation screen will appear.
These functions can also be performed in MyCardInfo by the user.
