Remove Cardholder

The Remove Cardholder option allows you to remove a cardholder from an account. Please refer to the Credit Bureau documentation to see how to properly reflect the change to the credit bureau.

Note: The principal cardholder cannot be removed from an account.

 

 

To Remove a Cardholder:

  1. Select the desired cardholder to remove off the account from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click on Next Step.

 

 

      3. Click on Confirm to remove the cardholder from the account.

Note: The cardholder history can be displayed in FD 3270 on the ANH screen.
