The View Cardholder Role History screen allows you to view the role history of all cardholder records that have been associated with an account.
Account Number: Identifying number for the account which the cardholders are associated.
External Customer ID: Fiserv-defined identifier of the cardholder.
Customer Name: Name of the cardholder (Format: Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial).
Member Sequence: System-generated sequence identifier representing a specific cardholder on the account.
Customer Role: Code representing the role the cardholder plays on the account. This field will appear blank for cardholder roles established prior to July 19, 2002. For these accounts, the system will store the date of the change in this field for added or changed cardholder roles to an account.

Credit Bureau Report Code: How Fiserv reported the account to the credit bureau as of the most recent account cycle. For more information, see the Credit Bureau Reporting guide.

2 - Joint contractual responsibility | A customer and joint borrower who are both contractually liable |

6 - On behalf of | Secures credit for an individual other than a spouse |
7 - Maker | A customer who is liable for the account but the co-maker is liable if the maker defaults |

Consumer Information Indicator Code: Code representing bankruptcy proceedings, a skip/trace situation, personal receivership, or lease assumption for the first additional customer associated with the account.
Role Start: Date the cardholder began performing this role on the account. For example, this field could indicate the date on which the cardholder became the principal cardholder on the account (U.S. Format: MM/DD/YYYY / Non-U.S. Format: DD/MM/YYYY).
Role End: Last date the cardholder played this role on the account. This field will appear blank until the cardholder’s role on the account is ended (U.S. Format: MM/DD/YYYY / Non-U.S. Format: DD/MM/YYYY) When a role end date is set on a cardholder that was on the system prior to July 19, 2002, the System will set this field to 01/01/0001.
