Channel Configuration

Channel Configuration allows a user to segregate specific reports that are frequently used. Created channels are placed on the Springboard home screen and the Reporting home screen, eliminating the need to do report searches. Public channels are channels created by other users at the financial institution that can be used as templates for channel creation.
