Springboard Manage

Reporting

The Reporting screen in Springboard is used to retrieve and view reports. Reports include:

  • Standard credit and debit card reports.
  • Dynamic Reports.

To access the Reporting home screen, hover over the Manage drop-down tab and select Reporting.

 

 

From this point, you can:

  • Search Standard Reports
  • Search Dynamic Reports
  • Configure Channels
  • View standard or dynamic reports within configured channels
  • Access Download Tools

 

Note: Refer to the Dynamic Reports documentation for more information on accessing specific dynamic reports.
