Dynamic Reports

Dynamic reports are custom, real-time reports created by CO-OP for specific purposes. These are optional reports. If this option is available, access will be determined by security role.

 

To search for a dynamic report:

  1. From the Reporting homepage, click on the Search All Your Dynamic Reports link in the Dynamic Reports Channels box.

 

 

  1. Filter reports by Report Category or Report Type.
  2. Click on the Run Report link to access the selected report.

 

 

  1. Select the Month and Year by using the drop-down menu.
  2. Click on View Report.

 

 

  1. The report that was selected will be displayed in a separate window.

 

 

Note: Monthly level dynamic reports and source data is stored for 25 months. Daily-level dynamic reports and source date is stored for 13 months.
