Standard Reports

Standard reports are provided by Fiserv and some by Velera. Each financial institution receives a report package based on the products they offer.

Users with report access are able to search for and view only the reports assigned to their reports security role.

To Search for a Standard Report:

1. From the Reporting home page, select Search All Your Standard Reports in the Standard Reports Channels box.

Note: The search results section displays reports from the previous day in addition to any reports from the current day that are available under your security role.

2. Filter reports by:
    
   • Report Product: ACH, Billing, Card, Corporate, Drafts, or Dynamic
   • Report Type: Name or Number
   • Date Range: Five years of report history available

3. Select PDF or Text to access the selected report.

4. Select Open or Save.

Note: Do not use page numbers viewed on the report page when printing. The numbers are not the same as when printing.
