Springboard Maintenance

Change in Terms

The Change in Terms (CIT) screen displays pricing strategy changes. Each time you make a negative impact to the cardholder in fees or rates, the cardholder must receive notification prior to the change. Once the change is made in the system, if it requires a Change in Terms, then the system will trigger a pricing strategy change. This will make the change go on hold for the appropriate number of days while the cardholder is notified.

This screen will show you the following:

  • Current Pricing Strategy
  • Future Pricing Strategy
  • Date change was made that triggered CIT
  • Date the Change in Terms is effective

Hover over the Maintenance menu, under Account Properties click on the Change in Terms link.
