The Change in Terms (CIT) screen displays pricing strategy changes. Each time you make a negative impact to the cardholder in fees or rates, the cardholder must receive notification prior to the change. Once the change is made in the system, if it requires a Change in Terms, then the system will trigger a pricing strategy change. This will make the change go on hold for the appropriate number of days while the cardholder is notified.
