PIN Offset

Loading the PIN offset will place the cardholder selected PIN on the magnetic strip at the time of reorder and/or reissue.

Hover over the Maintenance menu, under Account Properties click on the PIN Offset link.

 

 

Note: The current PIN offset will pre-populate with the trailing zeros and the leading one.

Whether or not the secondary cardholder has the ability to change the PIN offset varies based on the financial institution’s PCF setting.

 

To Update the PIN Offset:

  1. Load the PIN offset in the Security Code and the PIN Verification fields.
  2. Click Update.

 

Note: Offset must be entered into the application immediately after the card has been re-pinned in order for the new PIN to work at next attempt.
