Checking Account: Master Level checking account number.
Savings Account: Master Level savings account number.
Credit Life Code: Indicates whether the account has credit insurance.

Credit Line Review: Field indicating when the credit line has last been reviewed.

Home Equity Maturity Date: Date the home equity account is due for renewal.
Statement Cycle Code: Code determining when the cardholder’s account will cycle. This field for most institutions will be able to free form this field with numerical values ranging from 1-28. As an example, if the cardholder wished that their account cycled on the 15th of the month, this code should be updated to 15 to change the statement cycle.
Note: When adjusting cycle dates, CO-OP recommends allowing 27-35 calendar days between the old cycle date and the new cycle date.
Note: To limit the amount of cycle codes available, the FI can choose to limit these to a drop-down list of options. This can be set up by contacting your Client Solutions Representative.
Statement Hold Code: Code representing if a hard copy statement is produced and where the hard copy statement is sent.

Operator ID: Identifier of who will receive statements sent to your FI (not applicable).
Alternate Language: Desired language for cardholder communications and billing.
Business Account Identifier: System-generated account relationship code representing an account as either a control account, subaccount, or individual pay option account.

Annual Statements: Identifies whether the cardholder is to receive annual statements at year end.
