CVV Verification

CVV Verification enables you to check the CVV on an account. The user will enter a three digit value, the system will tell the user if the code is the valid CVV or not. There is a maximum of three attempts allowed. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the account will be locked from CVV Verification for 24 hours.

Hover over the Maintenance menu. Under the Account Settings option click on the CVV Verification.

 

 

To Verify the CVV:

  1. Select the appropriate PI ID from the Account Information screen (Separate Entity clients only).
  2. On the CVV Verification screen, enter the three-digit CVV.
  3. Click Verify CVV.

 

Note: For separate entity clients, the CVV will be different per PI ID. Select an account from the Account Info screen to verify the associated CVV.
