Open to Buy Amount (Debit Only)

This option is used to immediately change the open-to-buy/positive balance amount on an account.

For Open-to-Buy clients, this balance update will last until another balance update is entered. For Positive Balance File clients the balance update will last until the next positive balance file update occurs. 

Hover over the Maintenance menu, under Account Settings click on the Open to Buy link.

To Update the Open To Buy Amount:

1. Enter the new open to buy amount in the Debit Balance field (Example: 890 = $890)
2. Click Update.
