Activation

If the cardholder is unable to activate their card by phone, the card can be activated using this option. The card may also be de-activated using this option.

Select the appropriate cardholder from the Account Information page, then validate if the card is activated by the Control field.

Note: For separate entity clients, please note all cards must be activated individually.

 

To Check Activation Status:

  1. Select Presentation Instrument you are wanting to activate.
  2. Hover over the Maintenance menu, under Account Settings select Activation.

 

 

  1. To add memo, select the Add Memo option.
  2. To activate the card select Activate. Or, to deactivate the card select De-Activate.
