Re-age Account

The Re-age Account option allows you to clear an account delinquency. Reaging an account will remove the delinquent status and amount on the account and lower the minimum payment due for the current cycle.

 

Note: There may be additional items to take into consideration if your financial institution utilizes the Automatic Re-age Feature. Reach out to your CO-OP contact for more information or to confirm your settings.

 

Hover over the Maintenance menu, under Account Settings click on the Re-Age Account link.

 

 

To Re-age an Account:

  1. Select the type of adjustment from the second drop-down menu.

 

Valid Codes
No, this is not a customer service delinquency adjustment

If you select no, the system clears the account delinquency and updates the following re-age fields:

  • Last, previous, and prior re-age date and type
  • Re-age counters
Yes, this is a customer service delinquency adjustment If you select yes, the system clears the account delinquency but does not update the re-age fields.

 

Note: The first box will default to 00 - Clear account delinquency retain history.

       

      2. Enter desired minimum payment due this cycle. (Example: 0.00)

 

 

        3. Click Submit to finalize the transaction.
