Statement Messages

Statement Message Options:

  • This communication option is the least expensive.
  • The statement message will only populate on those accounts that were involved in the compromise.
  • If a statement is not set to populate due to inactivity, etc. the cardholder will not receive the message.
Note: If the Statement Message Option is selected a ticket will be opened with Card Services. The FI will be billed at their standard hourly rate.

Change Expiration Date and Issue New Card:

Tag Card as Compromised:

Statement Message #1:

Your account security is top priority for <<Financial Institution Name>>. We monitor your account for fraudulent transactions 24-hours per day. You can also help protect yourself against fraud by monitoring your monthly statements and reporting any fraud transactions immediately at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Statement Message #2:

We have recently been notified that your account information has been involved in an account compromise involving a third party. In order to help protect your account, we have put into place a fraud monitoring system that will help detect fraud transactions. You can also help by monitoring your account for unusual transactions.

Statement Message #3:

<<Financial Institution Name>> takes fraud and fraud prevention very seriously. In our efforts to help reduce fraud, we are asking you to monitor your account activity on a regular basis. This will assist in early detection of fraud. If you identify fraud, please contact our Financial Institution at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
