I just took over compromised accounts, and I cannot find the report. Where is it?

On Springboard, select Manage/Reporting/Search Dynamic Reports. Select the Compromised Account Report. If it does not display here, your Springboard Administrator will need to give you access to it.

If I do not want to take an action, do I have to check a box anyway?

No, if you do not want a particular option on the response form, you do not need to make a selection under that category.

What do you want in the account comment box?

Any clarifying information, such as number of days to leave the old account open (if that option is selected).
