Update AOV - COV and Auth Plus Strategy

The screen header will automatically change depending upon whether the card has AOV-COV or Auth Plus.

The AOV ID: The current AOV strategy assigned to the account

 

AOV - COV

AOV - COV is for credit platform clients only. This option allows you to change the AOV strategy on a consumer account or the COV on a business account. The account will remain in the updated strategy until the account is manually changed.

The AOV - COV strategies are four characters long.

 

Note: Check with CO-OP to ensure the strategy numbers you are using are correct.

 

There will be no error message if an invalid strategy number is entered.

Hover over the Maintenance menu, under the Risk option and click on the "AUTH Plus/AOV - COV Strategy" link.

 

 

Note: The AOV strategy will apply the Master Account level.

 

To Update AOV - COV Strategy:

  1. Enter the desired four character strategy.
  2. Click Submit.

 

Note: To place an account back into the default strategy, you must enter the four character strategy.

Auth Plus

Auth Plus is for debit platform clients only. This option allows you to change the Auth Plus strategy on an account. If you permanently change the strategy the account will remain in the updated strategy unless the account is manually changed. The Auth Plus strategies are four characters long.

 

Note: Check with CO-OP to ensure the strategy numbers you are using are correct. There will be no error message if an invalid strategy number is entered.

 

Hover over the Maintenance menu, under the Risk option click on the AUTH Plus/AOV - COV Strategy link.

 

 

Note: The Auth Plus Strategy will apply to the Master Account level.

 

To Update Change Auth Plus Strategy:

  1. Enter the desired four character strategy.
  2. Click Submit.

 

Note: This is a real-time change.

 

To Update Temporary Auth Plus Strategy:

  1. Enter the desired strategy into the Temporary Suspend Strategy Identifier.
  2. Enter the desired start date.

 

Note: This option will take an overnight update to take effect.

     

      3. Enter the desired date to return to the default strategy.

 

Note: Start and end dates must be within a year of each other.

     

      4. Click Submit.

 

Note: Temporary strategy change is available only on Auth Plus.
