Reset Falcon

The Reset Falcon Strategy option allows you to change the Falcon strategy that the cardholder is in for a period of time.

Note: Resetting the falcon strategy applies at the PI ID level. Select the appropriate cardholder from the Account Info screen to reset the falcon strategy.

 

Hover over the Maintenance menu, under the Risk option click on the Reset Falcon link.

 

 

To Reset the Falcon Strategy:

  1. Select the Reset Falcon Strategy option from the drop-down list then click Go.

 

Valid Options
Travel Strategy
Suspend Strategy
Other

 

Note: If the cardholder is already in a travel strategy when we select Suspend, you will get a pop up message letting you know the account is in a travel strategy until the indicated end date, and to not reset.

 

     

  1. If the cardholder is traveling, enter the departure and return dates, location(s), and contact phone.
Note: If you placed a future start date on the system, you areable to view the pending item under Scheduled Tasks.

   

  1. The system automatically populates the Reset Date field with reset date parameters for the suspend and other strategies. Enter alternative dates if needed.
Note: If there is currently an external status on the account when resetting falcon, step two prompts for the user to remove the external status.

   

  1. Select the Add Memo check box and enter a memo.
  2. Click the Reset Falcon button to complete the process.
