Remove Falcon

The Remove Falcon Queue Item option within the Reset Falcon screen, allows an account to be removed from the CO-OP Fraud Detection work queue. In the event that the FI has verified transactions with a cardholder and/or reset the Falcon strategy, this option would prevent the Fraud Detection Team from reworking the account. The cardholder would not be contacted to verify transactions again, unless the account is queued because of a different transaction.

 

 

To remove an account from the Falcon Queue click Remove Falcon.

 

Note: If there is an external status of A on the account, the status will need to be changed from the A status to a Normal status for the account to function properly.
