The Content Management screen allows administrators to add labels to Miscellaneous Fields and Special Flags items, to assist Springboard users in identifing the contents of those fields. Text boxes with the additional information appear when a user hovers over the label. The Miscellaneous Field and Special Flag labels appear on the Account Information screen and on the Miscellaneous Field and Special Flag screens in Springboard Maintenance.
From the top Administration menu, click on Springboard to access the Springboard Administration screen. Then select Content Management from the Administration drop-down menu.
To Create a Content Item:
- Choose the miscellaneous field or special flag to be labeled and click Add to the right of the item.
- In the Value field, type the verbiage to appear as the label for the miscellaneous field or special flag. Terms typed in the annotation field appear as the user hovers over the label on the Account Information screen.
- Select the program to which the label applies. For the label to apply to miscellaneuous fields or special flags on all programs, select All Programs below the annotation box, or click on Select All above the program list. To apply the label to a specific BIN or SPA, select the box next to the desired SPA(s).
- Click Create to apply the labels to the miscellaneous fields and special flags in the selected programs.
To Edit an Existing Content Item:
- Click on Edit next to the existing content item on the main Content Management screen.
- Make any changes to the exsisting value or annotation.
- Click Update to confirm.
To Delete an Existing Content Item:
- Click on Edit next to the existing content item on the main Content Management screen.
- Click on Delete below the annotations box.
- Select Confirm.
