Create a New User

To Create a New User:

  1. Click on the top Options link and select Create New User.

 

 

  1. Fill in the new user information and choose a role to assign to the user. 
Note: The User Name field has a limit of 50 characters.

 

  1. Click on Create to confirm. 

 

Note: After you click on Create, the new temporaty password will appear at the top of the screen.

If Auto Generate Password is selected, Springboard WILL NOT automatically send an email to the user with the temporary password. You must manually send the temporary password to the new user's email address.

The user will be required to change their password upon first login. The password expiration period is managed by the administrator using the Password Security link.
