Springboard Administration

Event Viewer

The Event Viewer allows the administrator to search and view transactions completed by individual Springboard users.

From the Springboard Administration screen, hover over Administration drop-down menu. Then select the Event Viewer option.

 

 

In order to search for a transaction, at least one of the following fields must have criteria entered:

  • Account Number
  • Acting User Name
  • SPA

Enter in search criteria, then click on Search.

 


 

Note: Hover over fields with three dots (...) to display additional details.

 

Event Viewer Tips:

  • Under the Event Category field, ODS Views are inquiries and ODS Remote Procedure Calls are actions completed on an account.
  • To view details of the inquiry or action, hover over the text field related to that description.
  • Fill in more search criteria to provide a smaller result set.
